#1 Generation

The generation of dunning letters enables the user to view and to select a part of active maturity values in the first tab, which have been opened in order to identify a subset of maturity values to be dunned.

RIBBON BAR: it represents the Form menu, that is the area in which it is possible to perform actions linked to the procedure in use. The list of features is the following:

General

Function	Meaning
Search	Button to search the whole database of maturity values.
Generation of Dunning Letters	Button to generate the selected maturity values. The button is alternative to the generation button, that is in the following tabulator.

FILTER AREA: the filter area contains the list of possible data types thanks to which it is possible to perform a selection, a research on total of the inserted dunning letters, typically filters have always 'AND' condition and it is possible to specify more search filters at the same time.

RESULT GRID: the result grid represents the list of possible dunned maturity values which correspond to filter data, above mentioned. After having specified values through which to obtain a search on dunned maturity values, the user, by clicking on [Search] button on the related Ribbon, will obtain the list of the desired dunned maturity values on the result grid.
