#1 概况
top模块使用户生成某个采购订单按照与供应商制定的贸易协议。采购订单的模块属于采购区域，作为采购周期的初始阶段。用户可以将采购订单直接地插入或者系统按采购作业单或者采购价目表的数据自动地插入。
通过本模块用户也可以管理货物的接收。通过货物接收，用户可以履行采购订单同时将货物放在仓库/库位中，然后将货物正值地装到仓库。
生成某个采购订单之前，用户得正确地设置表格的所有数据以及模块的参数。
为了插入采购订单的必须表格是：采购订单编号，采购订单的类型。
为了插入某个货物接收的必须表格是：接收货物的类型。
