表示代理商代码和代理商的佣金; 表示客户登记的代码和百分比。如果在客户登记中佣金与客户不是联系的话，用户得插入代理商NULL佣金。如果佣金为于0，意思是代理与代理商联系的可是代理商不获得佣金。
