topOn the upper part of the mask there are search filters in order to identify the list of temporary records of system. Once having selected one of the lines of record/s viewed, it will be possible to activate the management button above: through “Edit Record” button it will be possible to edit the same record, in order to edit data and status of its parameters; through “View Record” button it will be possible to view record without edit it; the last “Generation” button, on the contrary, will perform the status exchange according to parameters set at the base of the mask, as follows.
At the base of the mask there are two fields with record date and accrual date to be used in order to record the selected temporary records in a definitive way, with even the option “Record Date equal to last VAT register date”. If tis flag is active, the accounting will happen on last date used for the VAT register (if available) of every single record, in order to put them in line at the definitive records, that already exist.
The “Temporary Records Management” procedure consists as follows:
