The user rights enable the user to manage the permission concerning the procedural functions in the application. For this reason, if conveniently configured, they enable the execution or not of different procedures within the form. Then such rights can be managed by the Application Resource Manager per Roles.

A right, as regards a particular application procedure, has a specific value in all the forms that use such procedure. It is necessary to set that right once.

Within the Rights form the user can consult and manage the rights register. The register is organized through an hierarchical father-child structure and it is represented thanks to a tree structure.

In order to consult and to manage rights the user has to select database schema and consequently application schema.

It will be possible to valorize the panel on the left of the form through an hierarchical tree structure of rights. Within that tree the user will be able to intervene, using the right button of the mouse, which can view the possible actions:

New ChildIt adds a new subnode to the selected right.
New SiblingIt adds a right at the same level as the selected node.
DeleteIt deletes the selected right.

Within the right panel each node of the rights register has the possibility to display the related properties. These properties are:

FunctionMeaning
NameRight name. It is necessary to set it before in the dictionary for the localization procedure.
CodeUnivocal right code. This code represents the connection between the right defined in the Application Resource Manager and the source code.
TypeIt identifies the type of node. At the moment it has only a representative value within the tree.
NatureRight nature: Standard or Partner, in case in which it is created by partner users; Customer, in case of a right entry created by Customer user. The standard right entries cannot be edited. The partner user can edit the right entry both of partner and of customer nature. The customer user can edit only the right entries, belonging to the Customer nature.
Pwd on ExecuteIt identifies if that procedure requires or not the password in order to be executed. In case of a check mark, all the forms, which use the procedure, require the insertion of the user password used for the application login.

RIBBON BAR: the Save button in the ribbon bar of the Rights form enables the user to save all the modifications performed in the form.
