This form allows to view, insert or modify the users who will have acces to the applications.

The following information on grid is further detailed through the selection of row details (+) next to the user name. The detail is represented through a series of tabs by information category:

FunctionMeaning
GeneralIt includes the information about users.
User rolesIn this field it is possible to specify which are the roles assigned to each user according to the application, company and department. As regards the same application, company and department, an user can belong to more roles.
User restrictionsList of restrictions, that will be automatically applied to the user.
